Hallow

We are thrilled to announce that we are partnering with Hallow this year, the #1 prayer app! Through prayer and meditation rooted in the Catholic faith, Hallow helps people grow closer to God and find peace. Users are able to pray alongside Fr.  Mike, Sr. Miriam, Mark Wahlberg, Jonathan Roumie, and many more. The app also offers mental health and sleep content, audiobooks, and sacred music. 
 
To join Divine Grace Parish’s page in the app, check out the instructions below. Remember, you do not need a Hallow subscription to join the parish page on Hallow.

• If you already have the Hallow app (free or paid): Find the Community tab, search for our parish, and join.
• If you’re brand new to Hallow: Visit hallow.com/parish, watch the brief tutorial, and follow the prompts.

All parishioners – subscribers or those on the free version – are invited to be a part of the parish page. There, you’re able to create a profile, share prayer requests, take part in prayer challenges, and discover new ways to grow your faith. Furthermore, new users who would like to access all of the app’s premium content outside of the parish page are able to do so for just $1 for the 12 months and then 50% off your annual subscription (visit hallow.com/parish to learn more). Existing Hallow subscribers can take advantage of 50% off their annual subscription by canceling their current subscription at renewal and entering code: ExpansionSub50 at hallow.com/redeem

Do I need to pay for anything?
NO. If you just want to access what our community page, you do not need to pay for a Hallow subscription or follow the steps to redeem the $1.00 trial.
 
What is a Community Page?
 It is a section of the Hallow app that is similar to a social media platform, but with intention. In partnership with Hallow, Divine Grace Parish is able to unlock premium content specifically for our parishioners to access for free on the Hallow parish page! There are a number of things you can do on our community page like:

• Post prayer intentions & pray for the intentions of others
• Participate in the challenges we post!
• Invite friends and family to join prayer challenges and receive prayer.
• Find, add and chat with friends/family members
• Join small groups

I already pay for a Hallow subscription, can I switch to the $1 trial?
The $1 trial for 12 months is a promotion available for new users only. However, you can take advantage of the 50% off annual subscription as an existing Hallow subscriber. Follow the steps outlined above to redeem your 50% off annual subscription.

Joining the community page is free for everyone whether or not you have a subscription or not!

Don't see the community button at the bottom of your app: Go to the app store, and make sure the Hallow app is fully updated! The most recent version of the app will show a bar across the bottom with buttons for Home, Search, Bible, Community, and Me. 

Multiple accounts/Forgot what email you used: Go to the "Me" button in the bottom right of the app. Then click the "setting wheel" in the top right. This will show you what email you are currently logged into! If you do have multiple Hallow accounts and wish to merge those accounts, follow the steps in this article.
